How to register on Loadsor.com as a Transporter /Broker.

Visit LoadSor.com on browser or download mobile app.
Click on “SignUp”.
Click on “Free Signup” against the Transporter/Booking Agent option.
Fill up all the mandatory details and upload necessary documents.
Finalize the registration by processing a Rs 10/- transaction.

How to complete KYC process

After completing SighUp process your respected account will be created On the homepage of your LoadSor account click on “Documents” visible in the left menu.
Upload all the necessary documents to complete KYC

How to do Email verification

Enter your Email ID during the SignUp process.
Upon successful SignUp, you will receive a verification email.
Open your respective mailbox and click on the “Confirm email” button to complete the process.

How to see load posts or orders ?

Login to LoasSor.com On the homepage of your LoadSor account, click on "Load Board" in the left column.
The new page will display all the open/pending orders.

How to quote ?

Login to LoadSor.com On the homepage of your LoadSor account, select "Load Board." Review the open order status, including source and destination cities and all necessary details.
Click on the "Quote Now" button.
Enter your rate and unit in Full Truck Load(FTL) or Per Metric Ton(PMT).

Can I Change my submitted quote?

Yes, a broker or transporter can change the quotation only if the new quotation is less than the previous one.

How will I know if my quote is lowest or not?

Once the quotation is given it will give you push notification regarding your quote status (i.e.
L1, L2 or L3) Alternatively, click on Check L1 button to check status of your quotation

How to Post a Load?

Login to Loadsor.com.
On the homepage of your Loadsor account.
Select post a load on the left hand menu.
Click load post button on top of the right hand side .
Fill all details and submit post.

Can I Cancel my submitted quote?

You can cancel your quote easily.
To cancel your quote, simply click the "Cancel Quote" button.
Please note that after canceling your quote, you can only requote after a waiting period of 60 seconds.
This ensures a smooth and efficient processing of quote requests.

Weight condition - 0.1% extra to be load as per usual.

Detention charges - if truck reach before 1 pm at customer plant then it is counted day 1 (but need to be upload kanta parchi).

upto 35 mt truck - 2000/- per day halting and above 35 mt truck - 2500/- per day halting.

Loading & unloading charges - it is bear by Transporter (Except only Navasheva).

For Navasheva - only loading charges bear by company.

वजन - 0.1% अतिरिक्त लोड किया जा सकता है।

- 35 MT तक के ट्रक के लिए 2000/- प्रति दिन और 35 MT से ऊपर के ट्रक के लिए 2500/- प्रति दिन।

लोडिंग और अनलोडिंग शुल्क - यह ट्रांसपोर्टर द्वारा वहन किया जाता है (सिवाय न्हवा शेवा के लिए).

– जहां केवल लोडिंग शुल्क ही कंपनी द्वारा वहन किया जाता है ।
